Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Busy Bee, every garment is thoughtfully hand block–printed and made in small batches using sustainable fabrics. Each piece is crafted with care — slight variations in print, color, or texture are natural and celebrate the handmade process, making every piece truly one of a kind.


Returns
As each of our garments is individually handcrafted, we do not accept returns unless the product you receive is damaged or incorrect.
We encourage you to review the product details and sizing chart carefully before placing your order.


Exchanges
We're happy to offer an exchange for sizing issues or defective items, subject to the following conditions:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Exchange requests are subject to availability.

If your requested size or style is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit valid for your next purchase.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds. In approved cases — such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items where a replacement is not possible — we may issue a store credit or replacement instead.
All refund or credit requests must be reviewed and approved by our team before processing.


Custom, Sale & Pop-Up Purchases

  • Custom-made, altered, or sale pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • All discounted purchases are final sale.
  • Purchases made during pop-up events or exhibitions are also considered final sale.

Shipping

  • For size exchanges, the cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer.
  • In case of a wrong or defective item, Busy Bee will bear the reverse shipping cost.

How to Request an Exchange or Credit

Please write to us at info@buybusybee.com or message us on Instagram at @buy_busybee within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos of the product.
